It appears my running career is coming to a stand still for the next 4 weeks.  I have been advised to stop running for the next 4 weeks while my shoulder heals.  I have a pinched nerve in my neck - what a pain!!!  I am VERY thankful for the diagnoses, and I am hoping to be a good patient :)
