4.33 miles!

I finally feel like a runner again.  This morning, I made it 4.33 miles.  It is my longest run in almost 2 months.  Simply thrilling.  Great, great, great way to begin my week.  I felt like I could have continued even longer, but the sun was getting higher, and hotter. 

I ran last Friday morning as well for 3 miles.  Ideally, I would do this at least 3 mornings a week, a minimum of 3 miles.  If the pain stays away I would love to sign up for a half marathon in the spring.
